Jean-François joined D.ream International in 2017 following 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from ESDE Business School and an MBA from IAE in France. Previously, he held leadership roles at various luxury hotels from 1993–2003, including Sofitel, Le Meridien and Hotel Plaza- Athénée. Prior to joining D.ream International, he was a Senior Executive for the Alain Ducasse Group from 2004–2016. He became Chief Operating Officer and Director of Assets at Doğuş International in January 2017 and was elevated to Chief Executive Officer at D.ream International in January 2018.

David McIntyre joined D.ream International in 2019 after gaining 25 years of industry experience in Asia, Europe and North America as a Senior Operating Executive. He is highly effective at translating conceptual business models into specific growth strategies and global business development campaigns in order to grow market share and increase sales revenues and EBITDA. Previously, David held posts with MGM Resorts International, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Florida East Coast Industries.

Nicolas Defremont joined D.ream International in 2018 after gaining more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry across Europe, Asia and the USA. Previously, Nicolas was the Group General Manager for Jason Atherton, and he also had management roles with Joel Robuchon in Asia, Alain Ducasse Enterprise in London, and Gordon Ramsay Holdings both in the US and Europe.

Vincent Pastorello joined D.ream International in 2018 as Global Wine & Beverage Manager. Previously, Vincent was the Wine Director at the Dorchester Hotel in London from 2009-2018. He also previously worked for Gordon Ramsay Holding in Melbourne, Australia and London, England.

Yasmin Boromand joined D.ream International in 2022 as Director of Talent Acquisition & People Strategy. Previously, Yasmin was the Global Director, People & Organisational Development at Dorchester Collection in London supporting all hotels. Yasmin has a varied HR knowledge base from working across multiple industries and countries, with a Masters degree in Human Resources from Westminster University in London, CIPD accredited.

Haig Didizian joined D.ream International in October 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College, Massachusetts, USA. Haig has since led the openings of Amazonico London, Nusret London, Bar des Pres London and in 2021 moved to Dubai to manage the Amazonico and COYA renovations.

Richard O’Dea joined D.ream International in January 2022 after gaining over 12 years of industry experience within the European hospitality sector. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in International Hotel Management from SCHM, National University of Ireland, Galway. Previously, Richard held multiple leadership roles within Food & Beverage across the 5-Star luxury hospitality sector, prior to transitioning to Project Management and delivering multiple high-value, ultra-luxury spaces. He was most recently Project Manager for The Dorchester Hotel in London from 2019 to 2022, and has previously held posts with Four Seasons Hotels and Starwood.

Cem Buyukkaya joined D.ream International in 2019. Prior to this, he had held posts within Doğuş Group’s Investments-M&A team since 2013, specializing in transactions encompassing the luxury hospitality, retail and maritime sectors with a focus in developed markets, including the acquisitions of assets for the D.ream International portfolio. Cem also gained experience in various roles at PwC and in the corporate banking industry. His educational background includes a BA degree in Economics from Anadolu University, a Master of Finance degree from Dokuz Eylul University, and a Master of Legal Studies degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business. Currently, he is enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Oxford University Said Business School. He is a certified public accountant.

Okan Colakoglu joined D.ream International in September 2021 as Group Reporting Manager. Prior to this, Okan worked at Deloitte between 2009 and 2021 as a Senior Manager across London, Istanbul and San Francisco offices. Throughout his career, he managed various audit and accounting advisory engagements by serving large groups and multinational companies. He holds a BSc degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a Master degree in Accounting & Finance from Marmara University.

Dung Pham Ha joined D.ream International in 2022 as Corporate Finance Assistant Manager. She holds BSc in Accounting and Finance from University of Bristol and has over 6 years of experience working in finance. Prior to joining D.ream, she was Manager in audit function at Deloitte London, where she worked with a range of privately owned and private equity backed businesses, across multiple industries. She is ICAEW certified Chartered Accountant.
