PARAGUAS GROUP

The Paraguas Group is a set of six fine dining restaurants founded in Madrid by husband-and-wife team, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco. With the first restaurant opening in 2004 (EL PARAGUAS), Sandro and Marta have created six different restaurant concepts that dominate the Madrid restaurant industry. In 2016, D.ream International became partners with the Paraguas Group to bring their restaurants worldwide. Since the partnership began, there was an expansion to open Amazonico flagships in London and Dubai in 2019.

AMAZONICO

Madrid London Dubai

AMAZONICO opened its doors in the summer of 2016. The gastronomic proposal combines tropical and Latin American cuisine, inspired not only by the countries of the Amazon but also the unique Asian and  Mediterranean communities which inhabit them. The cuisine has a unique reference to Brazil, the country of origin of Chef Sandro Silva. Throughout the restaurant, customers are immersed into the lushness and verdure of the Amazonian rainforest. The chic interior design, created by world-renowned designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, fuses the vibrant natural world with a modern and refined dining experience.

AARDE

Madrid

AARDE is a tribute to the land and all the riches it offers us and has given us throughout history. AARDE is the exaltation of purity and maximum respect for the product. With AARDE, Sandro Silva and Marta Seco have looked to Africa and returned to its origins in terms of time, materials, formats and recipes. The original gastronomic proposal is defined as ‘organic with African notes’ and stars roasted vegetables, millenary cereals and brown rice that are accompanied by fresh fish and organic meats. Playing a leading role in the sugar-free kitchen are single-estate honey, coffees and spices.
