About us
D.ream (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) was created in 2012. It quickly became a benchmark hospitality institution in Turkey. The company operates over 150 luxury food and beverage outlets in Turkey, with over 6,000 employees.
Starting as a holding company, D.ream International has evolved by acquiring and operating market-leading, innovative concepts across the globe. It operates 82 restaurants, across 14 brands in 16 countries. D.ream International specialises in unique luxury lifestyle venues and creating iconic destinations.

Both Amazonico and Coya have a robust carbon offsetting activation in place, and we have a plastic-free straw policy across all our
venues internationally.

Ferit F. Şahenk
Chairman & CEO
Ferit F. Şahenk is the Chairman of Doğuş Group and also the Honorary President of Garanti Bank. Formerly, he served as the Founder and Vice President of Garanti Securities, CEO of Dogus Holding, Chairman of Dogus Otomotiv and Chairman of Garanti Bank.
Mr Şahenk is a Board Member of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) of Turkey. He is also an active member of the World Economic Forum and the Alliance of Civilizations Initiative.
Ferit F. Şahenk’s vision for the company leverages the seismic shifts in the economy towards hospitality dominance and to reshape the face of luxury lifestyle dining, hotels, marinas and meetings and event management companies, focusing on an integrated approach to this rapidly expanding sector. To that end, Mr Şahenk has acquired assets in the luxury section of all these categories, including the iconic brands of Zuma, D.Maris Bay, Villa Dubrovnik, Aldrovandi Villa Borghese, Soho House Istanbul and Peninsula Istanbul to open soon.
Mr Şahenk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Boston College.
